The day it all comes true
We ask that you bring your driver's license and set aside 15 minutes to get familiar with the car. A member of our team will help you test drive the car to ensure you're familiar with the car before your hire officially begins.
Our Process

Safety & Insurance are our first priorities. We will ask you for your driver's license and run a preliminary check to make sure we can cover your hire prior to confirming your booking.

We generally ask for a 20% deposit to confirm bookings. However, this is not always the case. Let us know what works for you and we'll do our best to meet in the middle.

On the day, we will take you out for a test drive to ensure you're comfortable with the car and know how everything works. You'll still be able to call us throughout the term of your hire if you need a hand with anything.

During your hire, you'll be covered for flat tires, stone chips and any mechanical breakdowns. You'll just need to give us a call and we'll take care of the rest.

On occasions where other vehicles are available we may be able to substitute a car in case of mechanical breakdowns. If we're unable to provide a substitute that meets your standards, we'll credit you for the residual term of your rental.

All our hires are designed to be fully covered from vehicle delivery to collection for your peace of mind.

Our cars are professionally detailed by our in house expert prior to every hire - inside and out. You can rest assured that the cars will be delivered immaculate before each hire.

If you're driving in to collect your hire, your car will be parked in a secure space during the term of your hire.

We're also able to deliver your hire in the greater Auckland region. This convenience comes at a fee; enquire to learn more about how we can tailor a solution to best suit you.
